Manufacturer's Warranty

Bambou d'chou offers you a 2-year warranty on their products following the purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid only for the first purchaser with proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear of the diaper is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty includes:

• Snaps
• The seams (except for the seams of the diaper pocket)
• The apparent lamination of the fabric

Warranty excluded:

• Leaks
• The smells
• Poor maintenance
• Normal wear and tear of the product

This warranty is void if the maintenance was not done according to the Bambou d'chou's maintenance guide or if the use of soap or cream has altered its performance.

Please note that to take advantage of this warranty, you must send your defective diaper to Bambou d'chou. Once received, the diaper will be repaired or replaced (depending on the defect) and will be returned to you at our expense.

To take advantage of the guarantee, you can contact Bambou d'chou with a photo, description of the problem and a copy of your invoice.
